Am I really being penalized for my brother's restraining order?

well i think youneed to ask a lawyer for sure. but, beware. 6 flags is NOT a "public" park. it is private property and a privatetly owned bussiness. therfore it can deny entry to any one for any reason as it doesnt excpet tax money from the government. however you can simply go to the court where the order was signed and ask to see if your name is on it. if not i would say your not legally bound by it.
