I experience Deja Vu subtly. Can you relate to this?

It used to happen to me and I found that every time I told someone then whatever I saw would not happen at all. I just take note of my dreams now and pay close attention to if something bad happened in a dream or if I get a negative feeling about something. So far doing this has helped me in some situations to prevent a really bad outcome. I have done this ever since I was advised to 'trust my instincts'. I honestly think that you are bucking up on some things like subtle body language that most people don't notice and your hearing and overhearing things and reading things that your mind is putting without you even relising it, some things that your consus mind had forgotten about but you subconsus mind still remembers. I think there are periods when you are resting that you consus and subconsus minds are exchanging information and sometimes during this interaction you actually figure out something that you did not even know you were thinking about and you actually 'see' an image your mind has created when you are dreaming. I think de javu is simply a case of you remembering something you were expecting to happen subconsusly and it is actually the shock of your consus mind receiving the memory from your subconsus being and going 'oh yeah, that's right, I forgot about that'. Therefore all you are probably experiencing is the result of your mind absorbing, processing, yzing, and figuring out the meaning of information it receives throughout the day and over time without you even consusly realizing it. Sorry this is so long, I don't have a full understanding of how the mind works and this is still something I am yzing and thinking about. Once I understand the topic better I will be able to give shorter and simpiler answers.
