Not Trying to Come Off As Racist. But Why...?

is it that alot of men.. (particulary of Middle Eastern Decent) are very perverted. I have been bombarded with several im's that contained ual nature. I have even had some who try to pretend to be females in order to make me feel more comfortable talking to them and they eventually end up talking about something ual. Maybe I am over evaluating but I have honestly tried to be tolerant and understand the cultural differences, but they some of them still insist on ual nature. Why is this?
