How is it determined what is a question? (yahoo censorship)?

who is to say a question is not a question,when someone is clearly wondering why,question, when you answer a question on here do you feel like jesus? in the pretense that when you have answered a question you fly away feeling empowered and totally right and when thinking back on said answer is there a white glow above your head ?
