He just wants to make sure i dont watch death note what should i do?Its my favorite show!!!

Ok so like my friends brother is really starting to bug me he thinks that i am to imature to watch death note which im not and it is obvious that he is just saying this because he wants to be the onley one to watch it And he goes as far as to call me stupid and he bareley even taks to me by the way he is like 16 and i am 12 .What should i do to make him stop because i understand the show maybe even better then him
