Help! Does this guy like me?

Ok there is a kid in my 7th grade cl and everyone says he likes me. He always like tickles me cause he knows im ticklish and he aalways kids around and says I love you. And he sits across from me and he always like looks at my legs . I think he is just joking around. Do you think he likes me?
