BlackBerry Bold, Curve, iPhone 3gs, or 4 ?

I know the price is about 100$ difference between 3gs and 4, and bold with curve. I have already had iphone since the 1st gen, and im getting kinda bored of it. I tought of a BB but I cant decide... help ?
