Do you think he likes me?!?!? plz read and help..?

im 13 years old and in 8th grade(: sry if this seems alittle long! ok so in cl ( wen we hav free time) he'll come sit next to me and say (rlly loud) " ur my bestfriend!" lol i seriously am prettty sure hes not rly my bestfriend but cud this be a sign? he'll also always put his arms around my shoulders wenever he can! lol(: and he keeps trying to make up a handshake with me, and wen he touched my hand he was like " ur hand is a little cold, let me warm them up for u!" hah i thought that was rly cute(: i rly like him too. so do u think he likes me and how shud we take this to the next step? (as in being GF and BF?)
