If jews converted or denounced judaism, did the Nazis still round them up into concentration camps?

I'm pretty sure they did as Judaism was seen by the Nazis as a genetic feature not a religion. In their eyes if you were born a Jew in a Jewish family you couldn't stop being a Jew it was in you're blood.
