I need help with my swing? any suggestions from experienced players.?

Ok, i played baseball for 9 years(still playing). Keep you eye on the ball at all times. If you are right handed, take your right hand towards that ball, and turn your wrist. I always take the first pitch to get my timing down. Take a medium stride and come down when you take the bat towards the ball. Bat speed is important, the faster the bat speed the further the ball will go. I don't know much about pitching, i play 1st base, sorry about that.When you finish your swing, your head should be down and your back and back leg should make an L shape. keep two hands on the bat and you should be good. You do not have to be a home-run hitter to be able to make it big. If you are fast and can get double and triples and singles, you will be fine. Work on speed and Hand Eye Coordination.
