America has an epidemic of fat obese children?

Why do some people think the media cause girls to become anorexic when the exact opposite is happening. Why do people focus on the one bullemic girl and ignore the tens of thousands of fat girls???? The media doesn't make people want a skinny white woman, that's just what some men prefer.
