Does he hav a thing for me?

theres this guy in school . hes kind of nice of he can bug sometimes. im confused because he likes touching me in my shoulder/hands ..hel always take my stuff and dosent want to giv it back... but then i dont know whether to think its that he likes me or hes just a bully. sometimes hell punch me kind of hard and ill tell him to stop but he dosent take me seriously. but then other times he just talks to me and & smiles. the other day he asked that what did i look at when someone spoke and i said their face? duh he said that he looked at their lips and then i think he looked at mine...so what do u think.
