Help, I need Prank ideas...?

OK so my fiance and I are huge Cowboy fans, ALL of our friends are Redskin fans. So last year we went over to a friends house to watch the Boys Skins game and right before the game they called us outside, out there was a 6 foot tall "scarecrow" dressed in Jeans, Cowboys jersey, cowboys hat with a cowboys koozie in his hand..that they prompty set on fire and danced around. ROFL It was pretty good! So we need Ideas on how to get them back this year when we have them to our place for the game....Any ideas??
