Is it common for Ur to give off stress and headaches?

If so, the person may be missing sleep or mental calmness. That should be given by Neptune (Pisces) , which is after Aquarius, representing subconscious, psych and drugs. So would you say Aquarius suns and Ur aspects people need medication and more sleep in order to get rid of the headaches, stress..etc.??
