Mechanics, car enthusiasts I need some help?

My dad is going to let me drive his 2010 370 Z for the second time..damn beautiful with only 22,000 miles on it. My question is would I damage anything to it? The first time I drove it I stalled out like 8 times and three times where I would turn the car over in first and slip my foot off the clutch where it would propel me forward and stall out, and I had some pretty jerky shifts as well. So, I am a little hesitant to climb into the car again. Will all this hard stalling cause any damage cause my dad said I will mess his car up?
