Need chevy bolt pattern on ford axles... help!?

I bought a complete ford 9 inch yesterday at a swap meet but the bolt pattern on the axles is for a 5 lug ford... i need it for a 5 lug chevy for the wheels that I have. Do they sell conversion kit brakes?? if not what do i do? thanks!
