Now my real problem is my laptop overheating when doing live broadcasts with fme?
i use flashmedia live encoder 3 to broadcast to livestream, it has a few bugs too i think it crashes a lot or freezes when adjusting settings with sound input through usb or camera etc. My main problem is my laptop overheating and turning itself off midway through a broadcast, ive done a bit of research into cooling mats and fans and i know that i need a certain cooling tool for my spec lappy. Mine is a hp pavillion dv9500 laptop and is 2 years old, its served me extremely well for a laptop and it now has a new battery and plug lead which i needed to replace. More recently when shutting down due to overheating ive noticed that it isnt as hot as it was so now im worrying it might be something else like the memory being overworked and the motherboard, thats why my last question was about unistalling random stuff, which i got very helpful info from by the way and thank you everyone on answering that but now i need to work out what i need to do to stop my pc from overheating, I already have it balanced on top of things that allow air to p underneath and no im not covering the vents im not that stupid lol. But any constructive feedback please oblige im at my wits end with this one lol, i have to broadcast my radio shows its part of my life i love it and if i have to take a break from it to save up and buy a new one, so be it but i just want to know my options, thanks. :)
