Opinion Editorial Help Needed!!?

In social we were given an ignment on the US health care system. we are to write a opinion editorial to a random newspaper (our teacher) on how the system is bad now and how we can fix it; but the thing is we need to take the view point of either a left winger (communist, social democrats) or the right winger (fascists, conservatives) of the political spectrum. I am having a hard time starting the ignment; i need help with the perspective (conservative). PLEASE HELP!!!!
