Western pleasure???

ok at our school we have a rodeo club and every couple weeks we do competitions and what ever horse you use you have to use it in all the comps so my horse is barrel racing and pole bending, i worked with her alot on reining and we get 8th place everytime out of about 14 people so thats pretty good but in the western pleasure i have gotten dead last everytime and i dont know whats wrong my horse goes on the proper leads so can someone give me pointers on what the judges are looking for in western pleasure?
