Sims Roommate Question - Hot To Trot level?

This is the FIRST SIMS. I just moved out with Mimi (Because i'm a girl) and I moved in with a roomate (Bingo). Now one of my goals is to "score" with a party guest... Would I be able to do that with Bingo?
