16 yr old girl, would like to have a better diet for better energy, what should i eat?

cut out the sugar! it's empty calories and the energy they provide does not sustain you for very long. try adding more fibre (e.g dark rye bread) and protein (lean meats like turkey or chicken ) to your diet.the most important thing is to cut down your sugar intake. sugar and fat (as in er or many oils) are empty calories.
